Elite Inspections, LLC. was founded in 2016. We specialize in flooring inspections such as carpet, hardwood, laminate, vinyl, bamboo, tile, and other surfaces including stained concrete. We offer a variety of services from consulting to advanced moisture testing. Elite is co-owned by inspectors Brandon West and Laura West. We are nationally certified on all flooring surfaces and installation types for commercial and residential applications. We follow industry standards such as RFCi, NWFA, and CRI. We are flooring enthusiasts with over 30 years of experience in the field combined. We pride ourselves on being independent and offering unbiased, fact-based assessments.
